We came to Jeremy Franklin looking for a second car due to some issues with our current one, and we had the pleasure of working with Jesse. From the start, he was understanding of our wants and needs and never made us feel judged. He wasn’t pushy like many salespeople can be—just straightforward and honest, which we really appreciated. We’ve worked with other dealerships before, and this was by far one of the quickest and easiest processes we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Three times total I have went to the dealership, twice for myself and once for my wife, they helped my wife but not me… very misleading I make the money and my credit score is better than most but yet…. I had to wait two weeks for them to tell me they can’t get me in a car without at least 20 to 40 percent down… might I add you I had to call them bak cause they never reached back out to me…. I wish my wife wasn’t working with them. And they use the wrong credit score outlet… check your own score before you go, they use a different one that is not supported in any legal manner but they get away with it
